Oil on Canvas 16 inches x 20 inches x 1/2 inch Available
This Agave was at the Tucson Botannical Gardens. Behind it is the Ocatillo "live" fence. And the flood of sunlight. I grew up here and I was visiting my parents. I love the Agave. It's used to make teguila and sweetner. Indigenous could break off the sharp tip to make a needle and use the fibers to sew clothing. The leaves are sensual almost flesh like. Its surrounded by white roses and potted violets.
